Adding to the Calendar

If you would like to add to the Calendar:

  1. Sign into the Board Administrator account – username: board, password: womens2016
  2. Press the + button at the top of the screen and select ‘Event’
  3. Title the post and fill in any information that you would like!
  4. When you are ready, select ‘Board Meetings’ under the Calendar tab on the right hand side of the screen
  5. Then select ‘Publish’
  6. Presto! It will automatically be added to the Calendar

If you would like to get fancy and add media to the Calendar:

  1. After Step 3, select ‘Add Media’
  2. Select ‘Upload Files’ then add the file – photo, minutes, video, can be anything!
  3. Afterwards click ‘Insert into the post’ then follow the remainder of the steps
